So I haven’t updated on my weight in a while because some shit happened and I’ve been pissed off a lot lately.

But! I weighed myself last night and so far I’ve lost 12 more lbs.
;) yeah buddy

Oh &

My weigh in was as expected - no weight loss this week - maintained my previous weight of 132lbs.
Not bad I guess, since I did nothing all week but sit around and mope to myself about bull shit that does not matter anymore!
Off to do some “biking!”
lol

I feel like shit

I have been super lazy lately, haven’t really been eating or working out.
Ugh, fml.

It’s ok, I weigh in tomorrow, not expecting to see anything different because I literally worked out two days of this week.
I got a new elliptical (excuse spelling) which I plan to utilize three times a week, and continue dancing 2 times a week. No more exercise on weekends. Why? Because I want a life too.

I’ve been totally burned out from work, and haven’t had an appetite at all lately. I have also been getting really bad pains in my stomach again. :( meeer.
No more excuses!

Week 2; Lost 2 more pounds!

Peanut Butter & Banana Pancakes Ingredients: 1/2 small banana, chopped 2 teaspoons peanut butter 1 cup prepared whole-grain pancake batter (follow the instructions on the box, not sure how yours will differ from mine) 3/4 cup almond milk (or whatever milk you prefer) 1 teaspoon honey Make it: Add banana and peanut butter to batter. I have really awesome pans that don’t need to be oiled or buttered. Cook pancakes and serve with honey. I sprinkled a bit of almonds on top for a little crunch!
One pancake fully satisfied! Delicious! My daughter enjoyed them too which was awesome!
